Roast Beef with Veggies

Bake Time: 3 hrs

Roast Beef

Roast 4-6 pounds of beef on 325 degrees for 2 3/4-3 hrs.  (T-bone roast beef would be great). Sprinkled with salt and pepper.

Squash, Potato or Sweet Potato

Bake squash for  about an hour

Salad Dressing: 

Olive oil+wine vinegar+garlic+salt+pepper

Use this salad dressing with your salad.

Noodles

Use Vita Spelt Elbow (whole grain)

Cooked noodles mixed with the drippings from roasted beef. Add some chopped garlic. Fo
