Tasty Ginger Honey Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic

I tried to drink apple cider vinegar drink and it was not tasty. However, after adding ginger and honey, it tastes very delicious. Ginger, raw and unfiltered honey and raw unfiltered apple vinegar are healthy food if ingested with right amount of doses. They are known for treating all sorts of ailments (autoimmune illnesses, high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.) and the drink made out of these ingredients can be used to lose weight and detox. Ginger, Honey, Apple Cider Tonic

Ingredients:

  • Thinly sliced or grated ginger
  • A teaspoon of Raw and Unfiltered honey (or to your taste)
  • A small or regular table spoon of Raw unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother) depending on the size of your glass

Procedure:

Add the ginger into a glass of boiling hot water. Let it sit until it becomes warmer, then add honey and a small table spoon of apple cider vinegar into the cup and mix them well and serve. (Make sure you shake the ACV bottle well before use)

(I bought  the apple cider vinegar at the health and vitamin section of Walmart.  Make sure to buy the kind with raw unfiltered with the mother. I also read the raw and unfiltered kind of honey contains all sorts of ingredients healthy for our body. You can buy it in any regular grocery stores.)
